1. Agreement To Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ceylura Travels website and any tour package, itinerary or service booked through us. By submitting a booking request or enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and received the required deposit. Prices shown on this website are indicative and are confirmed in writing at the time of booking, as rates for accommodation, transport and park fees can change seasonally.

3. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your travel start date.
• Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment at the time of booking.

4. Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, any required visas (including the Sri Lanka ETA and, where applicable, Maldives entry requirements), and appropriate travel insurance for the full duration of your trip.

5. Changes By You

Itinerary changes requested after booking are accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability and any additional costs charged by our accommodation and transport partners.

6. Changes & Cancellations By Us

On rare occasions we may need to amend an itinerary due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will offer a comparable alternative at no extra cost wherever possible.

7. Liability

Ceylura Travels acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport operators and activity partners. While we carefully vet every partner we work with, we are not liable for acts, omissions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law
